Shout-out to Dr. Chavez! He has a balanced approach to health. I am a diabetic who is big on natural/lifestyle healing and Dr. Chavez respected that. Others have over prescribed or seemed uninterested in my lifestyle/holistic health, but Dr. Chavez took that into account along with giving needed medications. Even with mood changes, he is focused on fixing my biology before giving anti-depressants. It made me feel good that he did not see me as a helpless patient that can only be fixed with drugs, and he looks at behaviors not just numerical data. Thanks Dr. Chavez!

The front desk staff was great, very friendly and helpful. I was seen almost immediately after I checked in. The nurse practitioner that saw me was very nice and knowledgeable. I got the referral for a specialist I needed as well as a prescription refill I needed. The office was clean and well light. Additionally, it's in a great location for me personally.

Dr. Chavez is one of the best providers I’ve ever had in Chicago. Great attention to detail. I feel comfortable and safe. Facility is very clean. I’ve been coming here since they opened.

I’ve been considering PRF for under eyes for some time now. I’ve been a licensed Cosmetologist for over 20 years so I’ve done lots of research on many places in my area. Dr.Chavez was super professional all around. I’ve never had anything cosmetic done so I was a bit nervous. They made me feel at ease along with being super thorough when it came to my medical history. The space was super clean, staff was friendly and excited to see the results in a couple of weeks. I have another appointment booked for another treatment. The cost was also reasonable compared to other med spas/clinics. Highly recommended! Finally have a place I can refer my Clients too!

I am thrilled as a new patient to have a very detailed first visit between Dr. Chavez & his team. (Majority of the time, my doctor’s appointments have wasted hours of my time with no help ). FINALLY, a doctor & team that can hear you AND listen to you. They throughly went over my issues, and even though we couldn’t start a plan for everything as it was too many things, they assured me that we can go over plans for my other issues in the coming visits. I appreciate the considerate care that I received. I look forward to working with you all!! Thank you again :)

So happy with my experience. I had been looking for a primary care physician who was friendly and felt like they cared about my heath and wellbeing. I definitely found that here. I highly recommend.
